Make Report Builder able to export unfiltered XHTML representation of an artefacts primary text

When integrating report builder reports with PUB document generation, obtaining the primary text for the artefacts of a module in XHTML representation from report builder can significantly speed up document generation compared to retrieving this information using the REST API (for example 10 minutes compared to 20 hours). Unfortunately, the report builder only delivers a filtered representation of the primary texts XHTML representation, i.e. XHTML tags are filtered out when exporting results to PUB even though PUB is able to process XHTML input without problems. It would be a significant improvement to have, for example, a flag which enables the export of unfiltered XHTML when retrieving the results of report builder from PUB.
