Issue in DNG that when the html file is uploaded to any module and later "downloaded for viewing", it loses all the style and formatting and also the file size is reduced.

Hello Team,
There is a issue in DNG that when the html file is uploaded to any module and later "downloaded for viewing", it looses all the style and formatting and also the file size is reduced.
The project team has reported this issue as critical as it is leading to data inconsistency.
Could you please look into this? Also, is this already a known issue or is there any defect created for this?
Attaching the har file and video recording while reproducing the issue.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload the .html file in any module as an artifact of type "Information"
2. Open this artifact and select "Download for viewing".
3. Open the downloaded file.

Expected Results : The html file should be opened in the same format as the original file was uploaded to module.

Actual Results : The html file looses its style and formatting and also the file size is reduced when compared to original one.

Regards,

Geeta Jadhav
