Expose DNG 'Tags' Attribute via LQE for Reporting in Report Builder

The Problem:
The "Tags" attribute on DOORS Next Generation (DNG) artifacts is not exposed through the Lifecycle Query Engine (LQE) data source. As a result, it is impossible to use this critical attribute for live, dynamic reporting within the JRS Report Builder. Users cannot filter reports by "Tags" or display them as a column, which severely limits reporting capabilities for any organization that uses tags for requirements management.

Proposed Enhancement:
Enhance the LQE data source to properly index and expose the DNG "Tags" attribute. This would make it fully available within Report Builder, allowing users to:

Filter reports based on the presence or absence of specific tags.

Display the "Tags" attribute as a column in report results.

Note: This foundational feature has been a long-standing commitment from IBM.
