Ancher functionality navigating through artifacts

One of the bigger complaints we have heard during the onboarding of users in DOORS is the missing (or not fully functioning) aspect of not getting anchered when opening artifacts / modules / new sites and then jumping back using the browser arrow OR the arrow in DOORS next.

For example: User scroll through a module and sees the artifact he has to update and even marks it using the checkbox. Then he opens a change set and DOORS jumps to the beginning of the module instead of the last location in the module the user opened the change set from.
Differnent example: The user opens the a artifact in a module by clicking the ID. Afterwards he wants to get back to the module and uses either the browser arrow or the arrow in DOORS itself. Both times he does not get placed in the place in the module where he started from but at the beginning of the whole module.

Making users not searching and scrolling every time when they are moving in the tool would benefit the usability greatly
