Provide errors/warnings if an CSV/XLSX export does not include all artifacts

As a requirements engineer, I need to have information at the end of the export in csv/ xls/ xslx format if the export was not finalized completely and correctly.

For example: if the content of an artifact (an image or table) from the module can not be included in the export (for some reasons), DNX finalizes the export without providing errors, complaints, or warnings informing the user that the export is incomplete. The only way to see if an export is complete and correct is to check if it includes the metadata at the end of the file. If the metadata is missing or is incomplete, it means that the export was incorrect/ incomplete. (information from IBM support). This behavior is not sufficient.

Minimum request is to show an error message to make the user aware about this issue when exporting CSV file.

Regarding this topic, there are basically two things to consider (awareness):

1. When generating an export, it must also include the metadata at the end. If these are missing, the export must be discarded as 'faulty' (incorrect/inconsistent), even if it appears that 'all' REQs are included in the export.
2. When creating REQs, it is essential to ensure that any referenced/embedded resources (images, etc.) are located in the same component. When inserting resources via drag & drop or through the 'Insert Menu', DNX does this automatically – so there would be no problem. However, existing resources can also be manually embedded into an artifact, and resources from other components can be selected. DNX does this without errors, complaints, or warnings, and the resource is correctly displayed in the artifact. Problems only arise when exporting as CSV.
