'Modules' selected by default when Create Link or Trace Requirement - actual 'Folders' is by default

When the tracing activities are performed constant issues appear as the colleagues working with requirements sometime miss to check Modules instead of Folders and the traceability is made incorrect (the Folders option is not needed at all in our side). As all our reportings are based on Trace from Modules, lots of inconsistency appears, the releases are blocked and we burn man hours to make the corrections. With this simple change a lot of effort will be reduced in the organization (especialy on Project Feature Owners, Project Managers, Testers, SW Developers, Test Managers).

Please see attached how the page should open when we press Add Tracks Requirements or make links between requirements.
