make project area title clickable

This is a feature request about something that could simplify navigation (surely in RM, maybe also in EWM and QM) when working on multiple RM project area with components.

What I request is to have the project area's title (the white text on black background) being clickable and land to the same page as clicking the project area into hamburger menu, that shows project area's components into rectangular boxes).
Looking at attachment, I would click on "HHS (requirements)" title, marked as 1 , and land to the same page as the link marked as 2 "HHS (requirements)" .

This can be useful for QM and EWM too, and in RM gives the best navigation when working with components, avoiding the needs to pass through hamburger menu (that remains mandatory when changing project area).

This can help usability when working on different component that do not belong to the same global configuration, so they do not appear on the dropdown menu near the project area title, and its development should not be so complex to implement.
