RDNG: Configurable Default View on modules

With version 6.0.6.1 the default view on modules has been changed. Before, when opening a Module, the sidebar showed the "Module" tab as default. By now, the "Selected Artifacts" tab is shown by default.
This new behavior is neither appreciated by our customer nor by ourselves - we gain more valuable information out of the "Module" tab.
Obviously there are different customer views on this, as I can see from https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=125491
because of which the default behavior has been changed.

Our request: make the default view configurable (e.g. in advanced settings). With that, the customer can set the default view as preferred and meaningful to the project needs.
