Ability to move and/or copy a link from an artifact to another one

In Doors NG, it is impossible to take a link (link internal to Doors NG or with another jazz tool) associated to an artifact and move (drag and drop) or copy-paste it to another artifact.

The purpose is that it is quicker to move or copy a link when it is possible instead of create it with the complete manually method.

Yes, it still would be nice to actually drag and drop the link showing in the linking column rather than having to recreate it. A lot of times, it only needs to be moved to an artifact within the same module.

We are working to enable drag and drop trace links to Work items and at this time the scenario described will become much easier even though you will in fact be creating a new link for each drag and drop
