Suppress Display of dangling links

The request is to allow an option in the PA or Data Model to suppress Display of dangling links in DNG.
Reason: Due to the usage of Pure Variants we will have quite a lot of dangling links at Conti. If 2 System RQ link to a SW RQ and one of the SysRQ gets deleted by PV because it is not relevant for the project, the SW RQ will have a dangling link that nobody wants or needs to see.

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.

These links are needed. I feel we should discuss this more information to understand how we could address this need.

    Consider two artifacts, A & B

    B declares a dependency on A by creating a link towards A. e.g. B satisfies A

If B is deleted then both sides of the link are removed as A would not care.

If A is deleted the B has a dependency on something that no longer exists and the owner of B would care about that.

If we hide these "dangling" links then the owner of B could get very frustrated.

Let's discuss in our next call

Support the request but... It would be better to not leave dangling links then there wouldn't be any to display.
