Open Social gadget URL access limitations with ELM 702

We had faced an issue that after deploying RM extensions in dropins/war, we are unable to load widgets in dash board.

It shows the message "The OpenSocial gadget was not loaded.ID CRJAZ5037Ehide details
The application cannot reach the gadget. The gadget might have been removed from its host server.
Remove the gadget from your dashboard and add it again, being sure to use the correct address. If the problem still exists, the host server cannot be reached and no resolution exists.". (Attached screenshot).

We are able to access the xml content using URL "https://clmqa.visteon.com:9443/extensions/WidgetCatalog.xml" (Attached xml content).

And we already set the advanced properties "com.ibm.rdm.widgetcatalog.internal.WidgetCatalog" as "https://clmqa.visteon.com:9443/extensions/WidgetCatalog.xml".

It was working fine till we do ELM 702 upgrade, we tried with old extension and new extension downloaded from "https://jazz.net/wiki/pub/Main/RMExtensionsExamples702/".

As per the discussion from case TS006115665, we came to see that it is working as designed as we have to specify URLs in JTS server allow list section in advanced properties.

But the limitation here is we have to mention each individual URLs in External resource allow list, it doesn't allow to use /extensions/WidgetCatalog.xml
