Need to be able to delete unused data

In DOORS Next 7.x, there is a functional regression since the 6.x JAF-based implementation, where you can no longer delete archived projects from the database. deleteJFSresources, https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elm/6.0.6.1?topic=reference-deletejfsresources, still functions in 7.x, but it’s ability to reduce database sizes/removal of unwanted data is reduced to reviews and comments. In current state the database will be forever growing and there is no way to get rid of anything even the archived artifacts. This can be of a risk over time and could impact performance. Further there is a lack of robustness in the import mechanisms into DOORS Next, through failed ReqIF/migiz for example, that necessitates data removal. It would be ideal to be able to delete discard changesets that failed completely from the database, or at least provide the ability to archive and remove projects.
