IBM had previously requested more clarifying information. Because the additional information was not provided within 30 days, the request has been closed.
Could you please provide the ID of the corresponding support ticket if you have one?

link is changed / link updatd means: New link added to artefact or existing link removed from artefact

Please find the details highlighted in the the attached picture.
Neither the source artefact nor the destination artefact are getting the "last modified" field changed in case of the link update.
