rich text imported in RM modules artifacts must be available with JRS

our business mandates that we import client document with track change into RM application , we do not always have the option to get clean document , RM application permit to import rich text and to export rich text at module level but doesnot permit to generate report project wide like JRS does. JRS doesn allow us to generate reports as the rich text is lost so it is impossible to read the requirements text when striketrough is lost . Both the text strikethrough and the text plain ( not changed) and the text " new" for this revision appear in same plain style when we look at JRS reports .

    Hi, can you provide the link to the new idea created under JRS or is this request code remaining identical ? I get that it has been re-assigned but the original one is not under consideration without further explanation ?

    IBM response : Have you considered using Publishing to generate the project wide report you need? See: https://www.ibm.com/products/engineering-lifecycle-optimization/publishing

    User Response : it seems that currently my employer has not purchased publisher ; I only have RM, ETM, CCM, JSR and DCC in my CLM SaaS subscription . I get that I need to purchase an additional app to generate report with Rich Text at project level.
