Add "removed from source" information to overview of changes in comparison

When comparing 2 streams, artifacts that were removed from a module (not finally deleted) are not shown in that written form (on the table on the left - see "table" and table_2"). This removal is visible:

only "visually" in compare window from DNX  (see visual) -> not so obvious for users

when a report is generated in a separate section (see "report").

Request: add also in Comparison window a section "only in target configuration" (like in the report) or "removed from source". This way removals will be more visible to users.
