Allow disabling of "Directed to: automatic filling in comments.

Using the 'module view' the comment 'attribute' is added to a view and it is saved as part of the view. When the comment attribute is hovered over (next to an artifact) and then create comment is selected, before anything is entered the "Directed to:" field shows the name of the person that created the artifact in the module - migrated or by using the module editor. (sometimes I see the person that created the artifact and also see the last person that modified it as well.)
Users are making comments as a mechanism to review each other's requirements and since I originally created the modules and a number of the artifacts, I am being slammed with a large number of emails. One for each comment entered.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
