Prevent accidential use of other users change set

In general DNX allows a user to work with another user`s Change Set.
The switch to a different Change Set might occur as a consequence of a sporadic switch of Global Configuration Context when you start working on an artifact (starting the browser, reloading the page,e.g.)
In some cases usage of a different user`s CS also makes sense – e.g., if several users simultaneously work on the same topic.
However, this is not explicitly indicated. Therefore, it might be possible that usage of another user`s CS is by accident (“highjacking”). This should be avoided.
Possible solution: indicate to every user explicitly that (s)he uses another user`s CS.
