Include ‘Section’ attribute in report builder

To enhance the reporting capabilities of JRS, it is important to make the module context ‘Section’ value reportable (ideally in both DW and LQE sources). This enhancement brings benefits to users including enabling the ability to sort and order the reporting output by section, also provides further delineation between core and module context artefacts in JRS.

    Dräger strongly support this request.
    Position of Artifacts in the chapter hierarchy is highly relevant to understand the context of the artifacts (e.g the related feature for fonctional requirements or the scope of non-functional requirements)
    Additionaly, regulatory relevant reports to authorities need this, as e.g. ISO CB-Reports for Compliance/conformance to technical standards assess compliance by clause,  which are usually a chapter (a section) within the Standard.
    So given a Standard was imported as formal module, only the "section" attribute enables to identify the clause a given requirement is part of.
