Warning message for user defined link type

The UserDefined link type has been explained in the documentation : https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elms/elm/7.0.2?topic=artifacts-linking-in-different-projects-components

For an add on to the existing design, for example :

1. Component A has a user defined link type : Typetest.

2. The Component A allows to create a link for Typetest to component B as expected.

3. But if the link type Typetest is not present in component B then the user will not be able to see that particular link type in component B even though it exist and this can be made available by adding the link type in component B

Enhancement idea: It would be better if the user gets a warning or a message that the link type that is being created in component A is not present in component B so they can avoid creating such link type for that configuration.
