DN - filter for "limit lifecycle status" can not be applied in linked artifacts

When applying a filter for linked artifacts I am not able to add another filter for existing OSLC links like "limit lifecycle status". This will be mandatory to be able to use e.g. the connection to workflow items for release assignment. Use case: identify all linked requirements in a GC release stream.

Filter can be defined in filter configuration, user would expect the filtered result, but filter does not work!

Use Case:

We have Feature Artifacts, which have links from several requirements. The requirements are linked to test cases. Some of the test cases are passed, others are failed or not executed.

We want to apply a filter in the feature document to see only the Features that have Passed test cases. See attached figures:

Fig 1: filter is applied in Requirements module. Only 2 requirements have Passed test cases ad they are linked to Features A and B.

Fig 2: filter is applied in Feature List module. All Features appear here, even if they are not linked to requirements with passed test cases.
