[DNG] Archiving of Components / Stream Should be Possible without Discarding Change-sets

Use Case :

- IBM recommendation is to archive unwanted streams / configurations which is not needed for the customer usage.

- Current Technical Challenge from Tooling Point of View
- Application is blocking the archival of components which has Open Change-sets

If the user is an admin , technically we should be able to archive the components. Otherwise it is a too much effort for the admin to discard each change-sets manually


Solution would be to

  • Pop-up the user will all the open change-set list

  • Bulk discard the open change-sets

OR

  • When Click Archive Component , UI pop-up stating there are open change-sets, do you want still continue the archive the component ?

    • If yes, Discard all the open change-sets and archive the component / stream

    • If no, user will do manually on their own
