Explain that DateTime attribute data types can be exported in ReqIF, even though Date and Time cannot

Customers performing ReqIf export are informed by our help that certain data types are not supported for ReqIF export.

Exporting artifacts from a requirements project or component into ReqIF files
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/doors-next/7.0.3?topic=files-exporting-reqif

This includes Date, Time and User attribute types. But actually, there is no restriction known regarding DateTime attribute type.

Please indicate that this DateTime datatype is supported for ReqIF export (if it indeed is), and document this on the same page.
When this is done, it would be very helpful to explain why this can be supported and the other Date and Time attributes cannot be supported, since they are obviously very similar.

We will be working to update the documentation to indicate that the type "date time" is supported by the ReqIF export operation.
It was a design decision to only support the type "date time" and not the 2 other types "date" and "time" for ReqIF export.
