Allow the view filter to match on the same amount of text as displayed in the module view

Currently,

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/lifecycle-management/7.0.2?topic=requirements-filters-views

"Filters on string attribute values only consider the first 449 characters. Full-text and search consider all characters......."

However, all the attributes text is displayed in the module view (more than the 449 characters).

This is confusing when applying filters and can result in time lost and frustration until the user is aware of this behavior (e.g. it may seem to the user the filter isn't working).

Suggestion is to allow the filter to match on all the attribute's text.
