Requirement Test Coverage with respect to a Build

Goal : Show Requirement Test Coverage with respect to a Build

When trying to generate a test coverage report down to the build record ID. The goal is to show all requirements regardless of whether there is build record ID associated with it. The trace relationship is configured as follows:

Requirement =required=> Test Case =optional=> TCER =optional=> TCR =optional=> Build Record

When adding a filter on a specific build record ID (for current testing cycle) and see all records with that build record ID and also requirements that don't have a build (null value build record IDs) indicating these requirements still need test coverage. As the testing cycle continues this report continue to change and more and more requirements will have TCER/TCR/Build Records associated with them thus showing progress for the test cycle but also continually showing what still needs coverage ( ie the null build record IDs)

As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each idea suggestion. The IBM Engineering Reporting team has reviewed the idea, and based on our understanding, it is accepted as an uncommitted candidate. NOTE that this would be implemented as part of LQE relational store.
