Expose Iteration Start and End Dates in LQE for Report Builder

Currently, in Report Builder with LQE data source, we cannot retrieve Iteration Start Date and End Date. These attributes are available in Data Warehouse reports but not in LQE. This limitation prevents us from building equivalent reports in LQE.

Request: Please enhance LQE so that Iteration attributes include Start and End dates, similar to Data Warehouse.

    Moved the idea to the EWM as ELM applications are responsible for the LQE TRS feed data.
