Report builder config selection remember previous settings

In combination with "new user experience" that is or is not yet available (see https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/lifecycle-management/7.1.0?topic=enabled-in-new-user-experience), please include some more enhancements in the UI:

  • Remove (or make it much faster) the animation with expand / collapse in the config selection dialog to make it faster, easier and more efficient to use (by heavy usage of reporting, you want to quickly configure the stuff and not watch nice animations)
  • Keep the previously selected settings when selecting a new config and let user start at the intended step to change the selection
  • Make completeness checker result available through JRS REST API

In addition to the above generic enhancements to the config selection dialog, we have some more concrete wishes to the single parts in that dialog:

  • We like that the default selection is GC
  • Enable direct navigation to the next input field by using "tab" key
  • In Project area selection
    • Live filter when typing
    • Go back to default list when deleting search entry by clicking "x" button
    • In case "pressing search" shall be kept: keep possibility to press "ENTER" key after typing
    • If result is only 1 entry -> select it automatically
  • In Component selection
    • Similar as in "PA selection"
  • In Choose a configuration
    • Why not showing the configs by default?
    • Similar as in "PA selection"
    • Provide more filter options - e.g. creation date / type (BL/stream) to enable easier config selection
  • After running a report
    • If again "choose a configuration" is selected, keep all the previously selected values and let user choose at which point to change the previous selection

After running 1 report and then opening the next report, the selected configuration from before is already pre-selected. In reports without specified "limit the scope", also the previously selected scope should be remembered (in most of cases this is higher probability to be correct than the need to select something different).
