ETM IDs( short_identifier) should be sorted as numerics instead of literals in LQE RS

ETM artifact IDs( short_identifier) are currently sorted as literals in LQE RS instead of numeric. This results in artifact with ID= 10 coming up before ID=2 in a JRS report with ascending sort on ID, causing confusion to the users. Reports using LQE triple store do a numeric sort, so the artifacts are listed in the expected order 2,.. 10.. 

The workaround is to use custom expression on short_identifier TO_NUMBER(rqm_merged_QM_20Test_20Case1.SHORT_IDENTIFIER) .

This is an extra step when creating reports if you need to sort on IDs. It will be nice if reports handled it automatically especially since this worked fine when using LQE Jena.
