RB: Support selection of an Iteration for Time Range definitions

If you create trend reports, you can define a Time Range. There you can select startdate and enddate.

Often you want to have a trend report for a Iteration like a PI or a sprint.

It should be possible to select an Iteration as time range definition.

Currently you can do this by going into advanced sql and replace the hard startdate and enddate in the where clause with Iteration.start_date and iteration_end_date.
But then you loose all the possibility to change the report.
