We are find hard time to achieve one of our customer usecase in Jazz Report Builder.

The requirement is basically user has prepared following two reports

Set 1
Data source: LQE with configurations
Limit the scope: L2 Requirements Project Area
Choose an artifact: Requirements Document
Trace Relationships: Please check the screenshot - "Set 1 - trace relationships.JPG"
Set conditions: Please check the screenshot - "Set 1 - conditions.JPG"
Format results: Please check the screenshot - "Set 1 - format results.JPG"
Report results: Please check the screenshot - "Set 1 - report results.JPG"

Set 2
Data source: LQE with configurations
Limit the scope: L2 Requirements Project Area, L3 Requirements Project Area
Choose an artifact: Requirements Document

The usecase is to get the complimentary values of Set 1.
To make it even more simple Set 2(990 records) is a subset of Set 1(1108 records) so user needs to achieve following
Set 1 (1108 records) - Set 2 (990 records) = Set 3 (97 records)

The above requirement is to achieve the usecase requirements traceability from both downstream and upstream

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our future plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products. NOTE that potential solution would be possible using export to MS Excel functionality by exporting two reports and reporting on delta.
