RELATED IDEAS

Having archived data available within reports

Having archived data available within JRS it is an import feature for statistics and dynamic reporting. 

Use case: In EWW we have created target release attribute and use the application built in Releases, type: Deliverables. We have archived the old release values under release section in EWM. Now trying to create the JRS report including archived releases as well but whatever archived values are not available for the report condition or query in EWM.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it is against data management principle to remove/exclude achieved data from reports. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
