Official support for MSYS2 as alternative to Cygwin & MinGW and allow for clang as an alternative compiler to gcc

MSYS2 (https://www.msys2.org) is a Cygwin clone but with a less restrictive license for core components (LGPL instead of GPL). It provides also MinGW support with different environments, i.e. combinations of toolchain / architecture / C(++)-libraries (https://www.msys2.org/docs/environments). The basics are already working, see below.
