Automattic Defect Creation

As per the Process if a user is running a test case and the Testcase is failing, automatically a Defect should create(CR) and associated instead of creating link manually. Where user should have provision of modifying when the action should get triggered.

    I would believe that this should be an option that a project area admin would set up.
    Could you please confirm it would be ok to have an option to turn this automatic behavior on at the project area level for all the test case execution in that project area?
    Or would you need to be able to set this mechanism for only some type of test cases within a project area?
    For example, what if the test case is executed as part of a dry run to check whether or not the test case is correct and can run smoothly?
