This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Our teams need the ability to be able to enforce multiple Iterations that are applied to timelines at the same time within Engineering Test Management (ETM or RQM). The need is that there are team members who need to work in a “development phase” where they are creating Test Cases, Test Scripts and just experimenting with them. At the same time, there are team members who are working in a “certification phase” where they need to run Test Cases and Test Scripts, but only if they have been approved, are assigned to an approved Test Plan and have a Build assigned to them. Please implement a way in which multiple iterations can be active at the same time, such as being able to make a different Iteration active on different streams.

It looks like what would really be needed to support this use case is the ability to have configuration-aware timelines/iterations.This is not the case today.
To add this support, we would have to open an enhancement request against the Foundation Team since timelines/iterations are common across the ELM applications.
Alternative solutions available today:
• Create a new timeline for each stream. You can define a current iteration for each timeline.
• Use a custom iteration type to configure pre-conditions/follow-up actions.
