Column added to "Test Data" in RQM is not available in script

When you update the runtime artifact by adding new columns,
these new columns can not be added to the script associated with that data
of execution.

To reproduce the fault:
1. Create "Test Data" ("Table 1") with at least one header column
("Column A")
2. Create "Test Scripts" ("Script 1")
3. Associate "Table 1" with "Script 1", adding "Column A" to the description
one step
4. Update "Table 1" by adding "Column B" to the .csv file
5. Try to add "Column B" one step from "Script 1"

Conclusion: You will see that you can not perform step 5 because "Column B"
is not available to be added to the steps.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Internet of Things
Product family - Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM)
Product - IBM Engineering Test Management (formerly Rational Quality Manager- RQM)
    Component - Integrations

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Internet of Things
Product family - Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM)
Product - IBM Engineering Test Management (formerly Rational Quality Manager- RQM)
    Component - API

After adding a new column to the CSV file (step 4), is the CSV file re-associated to the Test Data? This is a required step since the CSV file must be re-imported into RQM. Note, RQM cannot continue monitoring changes to the CSV file.

We could look at improving the user experience of this scenario to preserve the existing variables in the test script.

The work-around is to re-associate the CSV file to the Test Data and Test Script. Note, this work-around would cause the existing variables in the test script to be removed.
