a main feature of the OSLC interface is to provide information about links between Requirements and testcases ; An essential part of the information about the links are their validity, e.g. their "suspect state".
But this state is not published in the OSLC -API, so this request is to be able to read/write the "suspect contributor" flag over the OSLC API.
In RQM, the "suspect state" of any link between a testcase and a requirements is displayed with a specific flag "suspect contributor" in the WEbUI.
This flag is available read-Only over the REST-API, and not available at all over the OSLC API.
Technical Details :
The "suspect" flag is exposed in the testcase XML over the REST API like this
but unfortunateyl it is Read-only, (like the link href) since PUT will not honor changes to this flag.
