Need Reply & Resolve comment option for Formal review comment

Our customers initiate reviews under Test Plan formal review section in RQM
For a comment we don't have reply option in RQM. As of now Every comment/reply are added as new comment.
Also there is also no option/indication of “resolve comment “ in RQM.
Above said options are as part of DNG reviews we need this feature in RQM as well.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans.
