Create a Field that appears dynamically based on the value of a Test Case Category.

We would like to know if it's possible to create a Field that appears dynamically based on the value of a Test Case Category.

So under test cases, we have a Category called "Functional category".
When any entry chosen from "Functional Category" has the word called "Stability" as shown in the picture
we want a field to appear at runtime, other wise it should be hidden
My question is " is it possible to create fields like Attributes to appear dynamically?

This is not possible to hide completely an attribute or category based on the value of another category.
It is however to possible to define sub-category values which are available when the parent category take a specific value.
    See: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSYMRC_7.0.0/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_setup_categories.html
