Allow inserting test step in test script after last step

During manual test execution it is possible to insert additional test script steps. But this is no longer possible, if you set the step result state (e.g. passed) on the LAST step.
Currently you have FIRST to insert the step, THEN go back to previous one and set the state, and forward again to the next step.

To support explorative testing, some convenient way to add test script steps shall be provided (like Ctrl + Enter).
As a minimum it shall be possible to insert additional steps before proceeding with "Show Results".
