Problem Statement: Ability to distinguish and compare the changes in the version of the test plan. Ability to add Tags/Comments to these versions

Problem: The version in the test plan (any test artifact) is captured whenever a test plan is saved. However, these versions are not helpful as it cannot be compared nor see what are the changes done on the version.

These versions do not have the options to add any tags or comments

Description: The version section in the test plan (any test artifact) captures the changes done on the test plan. Even a simple change (e.g. adding a " . " in the summary) creates a new version. However, these versions are not helpful as they cannot be compared with its previous version.

We would like to have this version section refined such that we can see and compare between the versions. This feature will be helpful for the teams who are not using the stream configuration management in their component.

    There are three enhancement request in this.
    1. In a CM Enabled project, you should be able to compare points in the version tree, so we will investigate if there is a defect.
    2. The request to add comments is a small change and can be considered for a future release.
    3. ETM does not support tags today, but does support Defining custom attributes. If comments are added, we hope that will meet your need, but if not you can submit another enhancement request specific to support of Tags against points in a version tree.
