Enable the Test Env option while duplicating the TCER in same test plan

Currently, only options to edit when duplicating the TCER is test plan, test case, and iteration.
And with respect to duplicate the TCER in same test plan with same iteration we want to make test env option enable.

, I am re-opening this as we discussed the desire to edit the environment on duplication of the TCER. This will be considered for the future.
We did also provide guidance on a potential workaround. Though you can't edit and change the environment via duplicate, you can create multiple new TCER at one time. Select create TCER, and then select one or many from each of the environments associated with the Test Case. You can create a TCER for each environment, and re-use the environments info on multiple TCERs via a single step in this way.

This was delivered as part of ETM 7.0.2. You can now include or exclude the related environment when duplicating the Test Case Execution Record.
