Allow resolving of all conflicts during merge in ETM

Problem: Currently, some merge conflicts cannot be manually resolved by the user (e.g. changes in the attachments sections), the only available option is a complete replacement of the target artifact with the source artifact and all of its settings.

Change Request: Always allow a custom resolution of all conflicts, without having to take over all changes. The user shall have the option to edit a conflicting section and to mark it as resolved. Options to ignore or fully apply a conflicting change shall be shown. If a resolution is not possible, it shall still be possible to merge individually all other attributes and sections of an artifact and to finally mark the whole artifact as merged.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.
