Want to use drag and drop to reorganize the order of test cases in a test suite

I want to be able to change the order of test cases in a test suite using drag and drop instead of using the up/down arrow available on top of the test cases table in the Test Cases section of a test suite

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    This was delivered into a prior release and we are closing this RFE due to its age and inactivity. If the need for this RFE was not delivered as expected, and is impacting your ability to adopt Engineering Test Management, please resubmit and we will review it again for consideration.
