Actual Results should be required at each Test Step level.

We have scenario here where users have reported i.e. users are allowed to select Passed or Failed or Deferred for Test Step Results without entering Actual Results.

Users are taken to next Test Step and users have been completing all remaining Test Steps.

Once all Test Steps Results are selected/marked and users try to click on Save Button then getting Hard Error i.e. Actual Results are missing and forcing users to go back to each Test Step to enter some description for Actual Results.

If Actual Results are required then why system did not throw error at first place and why did system allow user to move to next Test Step without entering Actual Results.

Either put hard error at Test Step level or remove Hard Error at Save Button.

When I attempt to reproduce this, I'm not getting the same behavior. When I step through the results selecting an icon for Pass, Fail, etc. at each test step, it commits without requiring any additional description of the actual results. Suggestion is you open a support case for this to reproduce the behavior, and if so, if it is already fixed in a later release. If support can reproduce this, then will consider this a defect.
