Enable Team Areas and Visibility resctrictions in ETM components

In CCM application, different streams and components can be created and the visibility for each one can be restricted. This way, different teams can work in the same Project Area but maintain a diversity in the development.

As ETM application also allows the creation of different components and the tests must be linked to the architecture elements of CCM application, ETMapplication should have enabled the possibility of creating team areas to restrict the visibility of each component in order to maintain the previous mentioned diversity.

This feature is needed as the distinct teams must work in the same CCM and ETM Project Areas because the product in which they are working is the same, but the current norms and standards indicate that each team shall not know the information of the other team.
