Make rich text sections CSV-exportable from custom query

The overall goal is to use the Excel & Word Importer to update existing test cases or test plans.

To do so, it is necessary to write all categories, attributes and sections upon export to repository.

Thus, this date needs to be exported from ETM, first.

Currently it is not a problem for categories and attributes, as they are plain text.

It will also be a problem for grid-based sections.

But it should not be a problem for rich text sections, as their content can be written to an Excel Cell, for example.

If content of sections could be exported from queries to CSV, this data could be modifies in Excel or at least be imported again upon update and thus would not be deleted.
