Implement the Summary's Description filter on the "Browse > Test Cases" view of a QM project

Today, on the project's "Browse > Test Cases" view, we can add the "Description" column, which correspond to the Summary's Description field. We cannot filter this field by keyword.

As seen in the case TS009260451, the following tools do not answer this need, as they do a full text search in the Test Cases:

  • The "Seach QM Resources" on the window's top-right corner.

  • The "Type filter text and press Enter" tool on the "Browse > Test Cases" view's top-right corner.

The idea is to implement the Summary's Description filter on the "Browse > Test Cases" view.

The need would be the same for Test Script artifacts, once ENGTM-I-70 is implemented.

Many projects ask for this implementation, as this is a very useful tool.
