Allow ETM (and potentially EWM) to reference DNG Terms so projects (via a GC) can have a single repository of terms/acronyms etc

Currently projects invest in creating DOORS Next collections of terms, acronyms and reference documents (all DOORS Next glossary terms). The functionality to type and use control Space to lookup already defined terms is incredibly useful with DOORS however we need the same functionality in the other products... in particular ETM. Ideally when completing any sections with testplans/testcases/suites/steps etc you could press control + space and a dialog would appear showing the options from a configured DOORS next component all of the existing terms or the ability to create new terms and it would insert a link to the term object within ETM/EWM. As we do not have the function at the moment we have test artifacts that can not easily (objects can be manually inserted) use existing definitions for glossary terms whcih makes creating consitent documentation difficult.
