What is currently supported?

The ETM Reportable REST API supports the deleteArchived request parameter for permanently deleting archived resources including associated attachments (see https://jazz.net/pub/new-noteworthy/rqm/6.0.6.1/6.0.6.1/index.html#1 and https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#deleteArchived). Currently, only executionresult resources (Test Case Result or TCR) are supported.

What is requested?

Add support for executionworkitem resources (Test Case Execution Records or TCERs) to the ETM Reportable REST API deleteArchived request parameter.

Why is it needed?

With projected test execution growth and to operate within IBM recommended size limits, not only is TCR permanent delete required, but also TCER permanent delete is required.

How will it be used?

TCER permanent delete will run continuously on a customer-defined selective set of TCERs (no longer needed in ETM, but already captured and stored externally). TCER permanent delete will work with TCR permanent delete to completely remove a TCER and it’s associated TCRs.
