Additional Exit Codes for ETM Command Line Adapter

The ETM CLA allows the definition of unlimited exit codes, however, this flexibility is nearly useless without a decoder on the ETM end to allow the reading of these symbols and interpreting the error code back to the user in a meaningful way that is clear and actionable. By allowing new statuses to be set for test results, we can give more detailed, immediately meaningful information to the user about why/how their test failed, rather than digging through numerous log files. This would benefit all users who are executing tests and users who are aligning those tests to requirements and source code in ERM and EWM respectively. This would greatly enhance the overall feedback loop.
