Provide customers option to maintain the Excel spreadsheet ordering of test cases on Excel Import Only shown to the idea creator and internal users

Currently only the order of test case results are ordered when importing via Excel Importer. A decision was made to prioritise performance and make the import multi-threaded. Nevertheless, customers find this confusing and it makes it harder for them to verify that Excel Import is as per expectation.


Please provide customers with an option to maintain the ordering, while making clear that performance would be poorer.
